Petitioner appeals from the trial court's denial of its motion to show cause why employer should not be held in contempt for failure to obey an Oregon Safe Employment Act (OSEA) inspection warrant. The question presented is whether the validity of an OSEA warrant may be collaterally attacked in a contempt proceeding instituted after a refusal to comply with the warrant.
