Court I was based upon the employer's alleged failure to issue a service letter as required by § 290.140, RSMo. Count II alleged the breach of a contract for employment for one year. Count III alleged the breach of a contract for subsistence pay. Count IV was based upon an allegedly libelous statement made by the employer to the Kansas Employment...
