This is a suit for damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision. An automobile driven by Geraldine H. Cody and owned by Eugene Schacherl was involved in an intersection collision with an automobile owned by Mustang Oil Tool Company and driven by its employee, William R. Brown.
