Janusa on a "petition to institute boundary action and for damages." He alleged: He had been the owner of Lots 6 and 7 of Square 204 in Kenner Project Subdivision, Jefferson Parish, since August, 1954, and on November 2, 1959, he sold to the Department a portion of Lot 7 for its incorporation into Interstate...
