This matter arises on the motion of defendants Jake J. DiMaggio and Louis Costa for summary judgment against plaintiff Publicker Distillers Products, Inc. DiMaggio and Costa were operatives of Pelican State Distributors, Inc., a Louisiana corporation. Publicker sued Pelican for a debt of $126,150.93, plus interest. It named DiMaggio and Costa as codefendants in their alleged capacity as individual guarantors of Pelican's debt...
