This is an action in equity wherein the plaintiff-appellants, George S. McCormick and Julieanne McCormick, seek to quiet title to certain real estate occupied by the defendant-appellees, Donald E. Terry, his wife Nadine and Bill L. Eppert. The defendants answered by denying plaintiffs' right to said real estate and by pleading adverse possession as an affirmative defense.
