Dulan Harlin sued the executor of the will of Henry English for damages for fraud, alleging that she was induced to provide English with care, companionship, and services by his false representation that he had made her the beneficiary of a codicil to his will. The trial court sustained defendant's motion for summary judgment, and on this appeal plaintiff has assumed the burden of negating each of the grounds stated in the motion. We hold...
