KELLY, Associate Judge:

Appellant was found guilty of false pretenses, D.C. Code 1973, § 22-1301, by the Honorable Leonard Braman, sitting without a jury. On appeal, he challenges Judge Braman's ruling that a conviction for false pretenses may lie where the misrepresentation is made to a third party rather than directly to the victim. We agree with the analysis contained in Judge Braman's excellent opinion, attached as an appendix hereto and adopt it as our own...
