D. B. Wiltshire, Jr., and E. A. Wiltshire, executors and beneficiaries of the estate of their father, Donald B. Wiltshire, deceased, allege that the estate is entitled to one-third of the one-fourth interest of H. R. "Speaker" Pollard, III, in United Plans Limited Partnership.
