This is an appeal by the New Bedford Educators Association (NBEA) from a judgment, pursuant to G.L.c. 150C, § 11(a)(3), vacating an arbitration award entered as a result of a grievance filed by Aurora Zola, alleging a failure by the plaintiff school committee to follow agreed upon procedures in filling a vacancy in the position of guidance counselor. The award ordered the plaintiff to appoint Zola to the next vacancy, to pay her the salary differential...
