Patrick Lynn was convicted in a jury trial of violation of bail bond (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 32-10) and sentenced to 16 months' imprisonment, the sentence to run concurrently with a pending sentence imposed in a Federal court.
