Appellant, Ricky Steven Walker, was involved in a vehicular accident on September 30, 1978. As a result he was charged with vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident and driving while license revoked or suspended. On August 24, 1979, appellant's motion for discharge for failure to comply with the speedy trial rule was granted as to two of the charges and denied as to the crime of vehicular homicide...
