The Appellants filed an interlocutory appeal of the trial court's order denying the Appellant's Motion to Strike and Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. The Appellee filed a Motion to Dismiss the appeal. The motions in the lower court were directed to whether the causes of action as stated in a two count complaint could be prosecuted as a class action. The Appellants urge that we have jurisdiction to review these non-final orders of the trial court...
