Charles Hermon Goodlow was charged by information with one count of second degree theft, RCW 9A.56.040(1)(a) and RCW 9A.56.020(1)(b) and four counts of forgery, RCW 9A.60.020(1)(a) and (b). In a trial to the court with a jury, he was found guilty as charged.
