This is a divorce case. Petitioner-Appellee Judy C. Fleming brought this suit for divorce against Respondent-Appellant Dr. William P. Fleming, Jr., in which suit she also sought custody of their ten year old son Jeffrey, division of their properties, and child support. Respondent answered in a manner that did not contest the divorce, but he contested matters concerning the manner of division of the property, visitations of the child...
