This is a Federal Tort Claims Act case which arises under 28 U.S.C §§ 1346(b), 2671-2679. The basis for jurisdiction under the mentioned Act stems from the fact that the dentist who performed an operation which resulted in injury to the plaintiff was employed by the United States in the Family Clinic at Lowry Air Force Base in Denver.
