Appellees1 sued appellant, National Resort Communities, Inc., in the district court of Travis County seeking damages or, alternatively, rescission of an executed contract for deed to Lot No. 4425 in appellant's subdivision. After trial to the court, judgment was entered by the court rescinding the contract and ordering appellant to make restitution to appellees in the sum of $6,898.00.
