This is a timely appeal from a final judgment following a jury trial and order denying new trial. We affirm.

Appellants, Linda Mahan and Larry Mahan, her husband, brought an action based on personal injuries sustained by Linda on June 24, 1977, when a fight erupted at a bar known as "Ricky D's Lounge" in West Palm Beach, Florida, and spilled over into an area where she was seated with her husband.
