This suit arises out of the cancellation of a lease agreement for the operation of a golf course, and is brought by the City of El Paso, lessor, against the lessee, Del Norte Golf and County Club, Inc., the directors of the Del Norte Golf and Country Club, Jay Sweeney, John Metcalfe and Wes Malloy, and a past director, Richard Yetter. Del Norte filed a counter-claim against the City for actual and exemplary damages...
