Plaintiffs Georgia Blockman and Leadership Council for Metropolitan Open Communities (Leadership Council) brought this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1982 and 42 U.S.C. § 3604, alleging racial discrimination against Blockman in the renting of an apartment.
