This is an action by a home buyer against the contractor who constructed and sold the home. Steven Keyes, who prevailed on part of his claim, appeals the refusal to apply the Consumer Protection Act, the refusal to award attorney's fees and the finding that he had waived any objection to the delay in delivery.
