This is a class action for damages brought by State Teachers Retirement Board ("State Teachers"), a public pension fund, against the Fluor Corporation ("Fluor"), for material nondisclosures about a major contract in violation of § 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78j(b) and Rule 10b-5, 17 C.F.R. § 240.10b-5. Plaintiff also seeks to recover damages from Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company...
