Appeal is taken from an order entered in a habeas corpus proceeding remanding petitioner for extradition to the State of Mississippi.

On October 4, 1979 a fugitive complaint was filed in the 196th District Court of Hunt County, alleging that petitioner "is a fugitive from justice from the State of Mississippi." Said complaint further alleged that petitioner had committed the offense of kidnapping in violation of the laws...
