ABRAMS, J.

John L. Poor sought an annulment of his marriage to Annette Poor based on the invalidity of Annette's Haitian divorce from one Joseph LoRusso. Annette sought custody of the two minor children born to John and herself and separate support for herself and the children. The complaints were consolidated in a Probate Court.

The major issue before us is whether John should be estopped from challenging the validity...
