Claiming malicious prosecution, plaintiff sued General Motors Corporation (hereafter GM), Dallas Flesher, a detective of the Pontiac police force, and Larry Thompson, a GM employee. The complaint alleged that: Thompson was involved in a fraudulent scheme to obtain payment from GM of undelivered goods; when the scheme was discovered, Thompson admitted his guilt and named Flanagan as a coconspirator...
