Kallman of the Ingham County Circuit Court dismissing plaintiffs' complaint seeking a declaratory judgment as to the constitutionality of § 27(i)(2) of the Michigan Employment Security Act (hereafter Act), MCL 421.27(i)(2); MSA 17.529(i)(2). Plaintiffs-appellants appeal as of right.
