This matter is before the court on the Petition to Amend Order of Robert Graves and Graves Construction Company, Plaintiffs in the above referenced action. Plaintiffs seek to have the Order of this United States District Judge, dated February 18, 1980, amended so as to include the statement prescribed by 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b)1
