Appellant J. Ben Jones, Jr., appeals from a directed verdict in favor of respondent A. Dale Gilliland. We affirm.

Jones, Gilliland and one Broome formed a general partnership for the purpose of constructing and then operating a project known as Clinton Leased Housing.
