This is an appeal from a judgment partitioning retirement benefits that had not been divided during the original divorce proceeding.

Julia Ruth Wisby Disbrow (appellant) and Cecil Maurice Thibodeaux (appellee) were married on July 19, 1947. They were divorced on February 29, 1972. In 1975 appellant filed a proceeding to obtain a partition of the pension fund benefits that had not been disposed of when the parties were divorced...
