The following constitutes the decision and order of the court.

In a motion dated July 30, 1980, which was subsequently joined by defendant De Luca, defendant Lagano moves for various relief including dismissal of the indictment and suppression of various evidence. The only applications contained in this motion which survive defendants' recent pleas of guilty (see People v La Ruffa, 34 N.Y.2d 242
