This admiralty case came before the Court for an assessment of plaintiffs' damages and for a determination of the appropriate permanent equitable relief. In an earlier opinion, this Court held that three of the defendants, Ernest A. Enos (Enos), Protection Maritime Insurance Company, Limited (PMI), and Trans-Atlantic Marine Insurance Company (TA), had tortiously interfered with the employment rights of eight of the plaintiffs...
