Many of the defendant's exceptions in this matter pertain to the admission, over objection, of evidence which was found inside a briefcase belonging to defendant, which briefcase had been entrusted to a friend of defendant's for safe keeping and was delivered, upon request of law enforcement officers, by that friend to the officers. Our initial concern must therefore be whether the trial court erred in denying defendant's motion to suppress...
