Plaintiffs, Dr. Ulvi A. Dogan [hereinafter "Dogan"] and Sado & Dogan, Inc. [hereinafter "SADO"] seek damages for the alleged breach of two exclusive agency agreements entered into with the defendant, Harbert Construction Corporation [hereinafter referred to as "Harbert"]. The defendant has moved pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) and (5) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for an order quashing service of process...
