Plaintiffs appeal as of right from the trial court's order dismissing their complaint, which order in effect upheld the zoning classification pertaining to plaintiffs' property.

Plaintiffs' property is zoned RA-1, or low density residential. Under the Farmington Hills zoning ordinance, a district zoned RA-1 may be developed for one-family cluster residences. Cluster dwellings enable land owners...
