This is an action in the nature of a bill of review. Appellee T. G. Keyser, Temporary Administrator of the Estate of Angie L. Davis, brought this suit against Appellant Johnnie C. Ivy Plumbing Co., seeking to set aside a default judgment and an order of sale previously entered against Angie L.
