Appellant Paul Henry Parker was indicted in 1976 for masterminding and ordering a series of bombings in central Florida. Following his conviction, he was sentenced to two ten year terms and a five year term, all to run concurrently. Each sentence was imposed pursuant to the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 4205(b)(2), which allows a defendant to be released on parole at a time to be determined by the United States Parole Commission.
