This appeal arises from an action in equity which was commenced on February 21, 1975, wherein the Plaintiff sought specific performance on an agreement for the sale of land. The case was tried on June 6, 7 and 8, 1977, in the Court of Common Pleas of the 39th Judicial District, Fulton County Branch.
