This is an appeal from the trial court's order granting a motion to dismiss against the plaintiffs, Josef and Maria Lak, and in favor of the defendant Richardson-Merrell, Inc., (R-M). On November 24, 1975, the Laks allegedly received a defective flu vaccine. On November 24, 1978, the last possible day for filing a cause of action under the three-year statute of limitations, sec. 893.205, Stats., the Laks filed a complaint alleging personal injury caused...
