This litigation arises out of the construction of the Midway Motor Lodge in Janesville, Wisconsin. IDT, Inc., was the owner of the project and T. W. Campbell Construction Company, Inc., was the general contractor. T. W. Campbell was the president of both IDT and Campbell Construction. Although Frontier Mortgage was financing the project, Pioneer Title Insurance Company was the disbursing agent for Campbell Construction.
