This appeal is from the interlocutory order1 of the Honorable Merna B. Marshall dated March 17, 1978, denying appellant's motion to dismiss bills of information on the grounds of double jeopardy. The claim asserted is that prosecutorial overreaching during the initial trial necessitated appellant's request for a mistrial which was granted.
