Defendant H. R. Kaminsky & Sons, Inc. ("Kaminsky") renews its motion to dismiss the complaint of plaintiff Loria & Weinhaus, Inc. on the ground that the defendant is not "doing business" in New York and cannot be subject to jurisdiction here.
