This is a wrongful death and survival action brought by the surviving spouse and two children of the decedent, Steven W. Holubar. Joined with it is a claim for injuries suffered by Shannon, Holubar's minor daughter. Holubar was killed when the truck in which he and Shannon were riding collided with a Ford camper van driven by the defendant Debra S.
