Pursuant to a plea bargain, defendant pleaded guilty to a violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-319 (Reissue 1979), first degree sexual assault, and Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-310(1)(b) (Reissue 1979), assault in the third degree, which violations provide for penalties of from 1 year to 50 years imprisonment, and of not more than 1 year imprisonment, respectively.
