OVERTON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a circuit court judgment expressly holding unconstitutional sections 95.11(2)(b) and 95.022, Florida Statutes (1975). Section 95.11(2)(b), as enacted by chapter 74-382, Laws of Florida, shortens the period of limitation for a cause of action founded on a sealed note from twenty years to five years.
