The plaintiff-appellant, Eliason Corporation (Eliason), brought this antitrust action in the District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan against the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), the National Sanitation Foundation Testing Laboratory (NSFTL), six of its competitors or potential competitors, the National Restaurant Association, numerous health officials as a class (for purposes of injunctive relief), and nine named individuals....
