This litigation began as a suit by Louis Williams seeking reduction of the purchase price of property purchased by him for $150,000 from Natchitoches Recreational Association, a corporation. Louis Williams sought a reduction of $30,000. Natchitoches Recreational Association (hereinafter referred to as "Association") answered and reconvened.
