CARVER, Justice.

The State of Texas appeals from a take nothing judgment in a suit to collect delinquent personal property taxes, penalties, and interest, assessed to a corporation, but asserted here against an individual, J. V. Nevitt. We affirm the judgment of the trial court that the State take nothing against J. V. Nevitt because the State failed to prove Nevitt was personally liable for the corporation's taxes upon any of the theories urged. We also find that...
