Defendant William Heiler was convicted of three counts of possession of a controlled substance contrary to MCL 335.341(4); MSA 18.1070(41)(4), and was sentenced to one year probation and appeals. Defendant Theodore Heiler was convicted on three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance contrary to MCL 335.341(1); MSA 18.1070(41)(1) and appeals.
