Appellee, Dr. Robert Whiting, won a judgment in the district court for back pay, interest, and attorney's fee and costs. Our examination of the record convinces us that sufficient evidence was adduced to warrant jury submission on Whiting's statutory claims of racial discrimination in employment. However, we find that the district court failed to articulate its reasons for the amount of the attorney...
