OPINION

PER CURIAM.

In this case, the State of Hawaii appeals the trial court's granting of a motion to suppress marijuana on the ground that the warrantless entry of a home was justified by the "emergency" exception to the warrant requirement of the Fourth Amendment to the United States' Constitution and Article I, Section 5 of the Hawaii Constitution.
